Diagnostics and testing are integral parts of RAM's systemized and comprehensive onsite surveys and physical examinations of your building assets. Our team can deploy a full range of cutting edge technologies to aid in the diagnosis or detection of failures, their root causes, severity and final solutions roadmap. These tools can also confirm that an asset is free from damage.
Some testing requires using lab protocols. In this case, field core samples are sent to an accredited lab to quantify information about the health of a component.
